Description:

PRF-103M1 is a dust and gas proof powered air purifying respirator provides the water proof main body design which can endure the strict cleaning and sterilizing. Three filter sockets design determines that the respirator will be suitable for different working environments, as you can choose one or two or three of the sockets at the same time. The respirator is light in weight, comfortable in wearing, human body engineering design which can uniformly distribute the weight, easy in operation with remarkable positive pressure, service life, airtight and filtrating functions,

1) filtrating precision: 0.3μm

2) filtrating efficiency: 99.97%;

3) Air flow:170-280L/Min, adjustable air flow (clockwise regulate big flow and anti-clockwise regulate small flow);

4) Battery: it can supply power 6 to 8 hours consecutive operation, If air flow regulate maximum, the lithium battery can work for 6 hours continuously, while air flow regulate minimum, 8 hours. If work over 6-8 hours consecutively, a backup battery is needed. It will buzz automatically when power is low. 

5) A breathing tube installed inside the hood, which supply air flow up and down which prevent the cover lens from fogging. It is the best choice to provide protection from pneumoconiosis and occupation diseases.

6) Three choices of filters, they are 103HD, 103G and 103W for PRF-103M1.

This product PRF-103M1  is used in many kinds of condition  with  various particles  (dust, fog, smoke and the like)  and poisonous and harmful ill odors( acidic gas,  alkaline gas, neutral gas,  organic gas coexist). But not unsuitable to anoxic (i.e. oxygen content less than 18%) or explosive operating conditions, or IDLH concentration (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health).
